I am so glad that we, once again, have Stafall in our home. And the activities keep our 7 year old busy for a decent amount of time when we do “computer time”. This prevents our 3 year old from getting frustrated as she is really good about clicking the pictures that appeal to her. I also like the fact that the First Grade material is an easy click away. Music, encouragement, and visual achievements help keep the kids engaged. I like that they offer visual answers and then verbally tell the answer as well. I love that they are brushing up on some skills like telling time, even if they don’t know it! The bright colors are eye-catching and the program interactive. Honestly, I have our two oldest kids, who are in 6th and 7th grade even play around on Starfall with their siblings. However, our 5 year old and up have no issues. Just our 3 year old who is using a computer for the first time needs a little guidance as she’s masters running the arrow and clicking. NOTE: I really like how easy it is to navigate and most of the kids can manage quite nicely without aid. Logging in was easy and the kids wasted no time exploring the Starfall site. It’s been a couple of years since we last had a subscription so all of our kids were excited to get busy playing. Media labs and classroom computers are all permitted as well as the teachers’ home computer or mobile device.
